Each service below is delivered, supported and invoiced by the same team. They are designed to be taken one at a time or stacked — the boundaries between them are ours to manage, not yours.

C-01

Data center & colocation

Your hardware in a controlled facility: you keep ownership of the machines, we run everything around them — power, cooling, physical security and carrier access — and act as your hands when you cannot be on site.

  • Access-managed halls, with controlled and recorded entry
  • Carrier-neutral access to the meet-me room

Who it is for Teams with owned hardware, anyone leaving an on-premise server room, and workloads that need to sit close to their carriers.

Private & hybrid cloud

Cloud operations without shared tenancy. Resources are dedicated to you, placement is known, and the public cloud stays an option you connect to deliberately rather than a default you inherit.

  • Managed Kubernetes, operated by our engineers

Who it is for Workloads that need elasticity but cannot accept shared tenancy, unknown placement or unpredictable egress.

Bare metal

Single-tenant physical servers: no hypervisor in the way, no neighbours competing for the same cores. The configuration follows the workload instead of a catalogue tier.

  • Configurable enterprise CPU, memory and NVMe or SSD storage
  • Out-of-band IPMI management
  • Private VLANs and dedicated uplinks
  • OS provisioning and reinstall on request
  • Hardware diagnosis and replacement by our engineers

Who it is for Databases, virtualisation hosts, licensing tied to physical cores, and anything measurably hurt by noisy neighbours.

C-04

Storage

Storage engineered around the access pattern, not only the capacity: fast tiers for data in use, economical tiers for data that must simply be kept and provable.

  • Block volumes for virtual machines and databases
  • S3-compatible object storage
  • File shares over NFS or SMB
  • Snapshots and replication between environments
  • Encryption at rest

Who it is for Data-heavy applications, media libraries, and archives held under a retention duty.

C-05

Backup

Backup as a managed service: we own the policy, the execution, the monitoring and the restore test. The point is not that the job ran — it is that the restore works on the day you need it.

Includes
  • Agent or agentless backup of servers, VMs and databases
  • Policy-based scheduling and retention
  • Encrypted transfer and encrypted storage
  • Off-site and immutable copies
  • Restore on request, plus periodic restore tests

Who it is for Anyone who owns data — and, in particular, anyone whose backup has never actually been restored.

C-06

Disaster recovery & business continuity

A second site and a rehearsed plan. Replication keeps a usable copy of the environment ready elsewhere; the runbook says who does what, in which order, and how you come back once the incident is over.

  • DR site with replicated compute and storage
  • Recovery objectives (RPO and RTO) agreed per workload
  • Orchestrated failover and failback
  • Documented runbooks, roles and escalation
  • Periodic DR tests, with the outcome in writing

Who it is for Services whose downtime has a price: revenue paths, regulated workloads, and anything carrying a continuity duty.

Cloud connectivity & cross-connect

Private, deterministic paths instead of the public internet: a cross-connect inside the facility, interconnection to carriers, and direct on-ramps to the public cloud you already use.

  • Cross-connects to carriers and partners in the facility
  • Private interconnection between your environments
  • Cloud on-ramps to public cloud providers
  • Dedicated bandwidth on agreed capacity
  • IP transit and BGP sessions

Who it is for Hybrid architectures, latency-sensitive traffic, and teams who need paths and egress costs to be predictable.

DDoS protection

Detection and mitigation across the layers attacks actually use — volumetric floods, protocol abuse and application-layer requests. Hostile traffic is scrubbed; clean traffic carries on to you.

  • L3–L7 mitigation: volumetric, protocol and application layer
  • Automated mitigation with BGP redirect
  • Traffic profiling and per-attack reporting
  • Cover for colocated, cloud and third-party assets

Who it is for Public-facing services, gaming and media platforms, and any target where the outage itself is the attacker’s objective.

SOC / NOC managed services

Our engineers watch, patch and respond so that yours do not have to. Monitoring is proactive, escalation is agreed before the incident rather than during it, and reporting arrives on a schedule instead of on request.

Compute and caching placed closer to users and devices, for the workloads where the round trip to a central region is the bottleneck you cannot engineer away.

Your hardware moves into a controlled facility and keeps its carrier links through a cross-connect, while backup becomes a managed service rather than a task nobody owns. The machines stay yours; the environment around them stops being your problem.

MODEL · Responsibility

You decide where our responsibility starts.

Every service can be taken at three levels of involvement. The boundary is written into the contract, so that during an incident nobody has to work out whose call it is.

M-01

Self-managed

We operate the facility, the power, the cooling and the connectivity. You operate the machines and everything running on them. Our engineers are available as remote hands when physical work is needed.

M-02

Co-managed

You name the layers you want to keep — typically the application — and we take the rest: hardware, hypervisor, network, backup. Responsibilities are mapped layer by layer before go-live.

M-03

Fully managed

We operate the stack up to the application boundary: monitoring, patching, backup, incident response and reporting under one contract, with one team accountable for the outcome.
